Current openings:

Host ~ Be the first person to welcome our visitors! Make them comfortable at a table in our Sportzzeria or Restaurant, and assist the server team to ensure every moment is a positive one for our guests.

Server ~ Be the face of the team that takes care of each and every guest by delivering exceptional service, sharing your love for great Italian-American cuisine, and helping our patrons navigate our beer & wine selection and daily specials. Prior server experience preferred.

Bartender ~ With 25+ seats around the bar, the bartender is an important ambassador for us. Share your beverage knowledge and expertise with our guests to help them find the perfect accompaniment to their meal. Roberts has 24 beer taps, 13 of which rotate weekly. Our whiskey wall boasts nearly 100 bourbons and whiskeys with a full bar backing it up. Get to know our wine list so you can guide guests to the right glass to complement their food. Mix up enticing mocktails and bring your own ideas as we’re always looking for new ones. Prior bartender experience preferred.

Cook ~ Roberts has two kitchens and two menus, so we’re looking for talented and flexible cooks to bring their experience and work as part of our kitchen team to create consistently memorable dishes for our guests. Our menus offer a lot of variety: salads and sandwiches; pizza, stromboli, and calzones; pasta dishes; burgers, daily soups, and apps. Prior kitchen experience preferred.

Deli Counter Specialist ~ This position requires great customer service skills, sales skills, food service skills, and a keen attention to detail. Our Deli Counter Specialist will slice deli meats and cheeses to order, build custom deli sandwiches, provide samples, and help customers find what they need from the Italian pantry.

Dishwasher & Busser ~ Let’s start with a “thank you” because these positions are the backbone to ensuring a smooth-running, positive experience for guests and staff. They are also a launch pad for other positions in both “front of house” and one of our 2 kitchens.
